- Initial Meeting
- The focus of the first meeting is to identify what the client’s requirements are and to offer advice to the client on what is available and what we would recommend.
- Proposal document
- The client will them receive a proposal document summarising the initial consultation and outlining the website requirements.
- Creative Design concepts
- Buzz Digital will offer the client 3 design options and then progress the chosen design based on the clients amends.
- Deposit
- A 50% Deposit will be required before commencement of the construction of the website.
- 2nd Draft
- The client will then be shown the design online before uploading the content.
- Content
- All copy content and images will be uploaded to the website.
Any copywriting services produced by our copywriter are sent to the client to be signed off before uploading to the website. - Final Draft
- The complete web site design including copy content is presented to the client and any amends are discussed.
- Final amendments
- After all completed amends the web site is signed off by the client.
- Testing
- The website is tested across all browsers and all functionality is checked by the Digital manager.
- Final payment
- The remaining 50% Deposit paid before website goes live.
- Hosting
- First year annual hosting costs are paid.
- Final check
- The web site goes live!
